Refund and Return Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

Non-returnable items

The following items are excluded from returns:

  • Digital products
  • Downloadable software
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within a certain number of days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time before the refund appears on your statement.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or variant, please contact us at hello@purenex.pro. We will be happy to help and walk you through the process.

Damaged or defective items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@purenex.pro within 48 hours of delivery.

Please attach a photo of the damaged or defective item along with your order number. Once we have reviewed your case, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is damaged, defective, or was delivered incorrectly.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit during a return.
