Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or try-before-you-buy purchase. This cancellation policy explains how to modify or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you sign up for a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries. These depend on the duration and frequency of the subscription you selected. Your payment details are stored securely. Each delivery is billed separately, unless you have paid in advance. Some subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of the term. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you can cancel it.

If you would like to cancel or modify your subscription, you can do so at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain a link to your order. From there you can manage your subscription. For more details on returns and refunds, please see our Refund and Return Policy.

Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not currently in stock or that will be available soon but is not currently in our warehouse. We may not charge any payment, or may charge a partial payment at checkout, store your payment method, and later process and charge the remaining or full payment.

You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has already been fulfilled, you cannot cancel it, but you can request a full or partial refund. For more details on returns and refunds, please see our Refund and Return Policy.

Try before you buy

If you purchase an item to try it out, we will authorise your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a set period of time to decide whether to keep the item. If you have not returned the item by the end of that period, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
